Brent Phillips


Brent Phillips is the President and CEO of Regional Health. He has been with Regional Health since 2015 and has over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience. Brent is from Parma, ID.

Brent is steeped in Rapid City community affairs. In addition to being an ambassador for Mniluzahan Okolakiciyapi, he is CEO of the Rapid City Collective Impact Board, Campaign Co-Chair for Rural America Initiatives, and a youth mentor for the Boys and Girls Club.

Brent believes that Mniluzahan Okolakiciyapi Ambassadors (MOA) is paving the way for our community by sponsoring educational forums for Native and non-Native community leaders, educators, and citizens.

“I believe educating the youth is a key to building bridges and MOA is laying the first stone with a pilot program for the youth. I am excited about the enthusiasm and dedication of the program and believe it will lead the way to better the lives of all cultures in the Rapid City area.”
